Keep it COOL! Perspectives on and Addressing Menopausal Patterns
In our daily practice, we see many women with menopausal signs and patterns. For many women 'the change' can last a long time; some women experience severe health issues for more than 10 years. Hormonal treatments are often effective and can be personalised, but they can come with certain health risks.
The integrated use of herbal formula and acupuncture can address menopausal patterns safely, and holistically. Several patterns are associated with different phases of the menstrual cycle and can be addressed by herbal formulas, according to the four phases. In this webinar, we shall discuss how to support women with menopausal signs and patterns, with the integrated use of herbal formulas and acupuncture.
